We ship with DHL to the 27 EU countries. We do not ship outside the EU. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

In-stock orders are usually processed quickly on weekdays: Standard orders placed by 16:00 (Europe/Berlin) are typically handled the same business day; Express orders by 18:00. Delivery then takes about 1–7 business days depending on country and method (carrier guidelines, not a guarantee).

Choose DHL Standard or DHL Express at checkout. Exact rates and transit times are shown for your address before you pay. Free DHL Standard from €300 (incl. VAT) applies in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal, Germany and Austria. Express is not included, and some products ship by express only. All shipments are trackable.

Returns

You may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused; sealed goods for hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal is removed after delivery.

After your withdrawal notice we provide a return label. Return shipping is at your expense and is deducted from the refund. Delivery costs are not refunded.
