Our shop supplies aesthetic professionals and clinics.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all B2B orders via our online shop. Customer terms apply only if accepted in writing.
3. Contract formation
Offers in the shop are non-binding. A contract is formed upon our order confirmation or dispatch of goods.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown as net prices plus VAT where applicable. Payment via the methods offered at checkout.
5. Delivery
EU delivery according to the shipping page. Risk passes on handover to the carrier where permitted by law.
6. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Warranty
Statutory B2B warranty rules apply. Report defects without undue delay after receipt.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and to breaches of essential obligations, within the limits of applicable law.
9. Final provisions
Dutch law applies, excluding the CISG. Venue is Hengelo where permitted.
