Shipping & delivery

Delivery terms

If products cannot be supplied for reasons outside the control of PART Aesthetics B.V., we may cancel the order. There is no claim for damages in those cases. We tell you straight away. The same applies if delivery is made much harder or impossible by force majeure or other unforeseeable events, for example water damage, fire, earthquake or an official order.

Once a shipment is proven delivered, it is no longer our responsibility. PART Aesthetics B.V. is not liable for theft or other loss after delivery. There is no claim for damages. We then open an enquiry with the carrier in your name. That usually takes about two weeks. We tell you the result.

You can choose DHL Standard or DHL Express. The rules below and the amounts shown at checkout apply to both.

The delivery times are carrier guide values, not a guarantee. Delays outside the control of PART Aesthetics B.V. do not create a claim for damages, for Standard or for Express.

We pass your email address and phone number to the carrier so you can receive status updates.

Rates and countries

The shop ships to 27 EU countries. Amounts are the flat rates set in the shop, in euro, including statutory VAT where it applies. The amount at checkout for your address and the method you choose is the one that counts, before you place the order.

Switzerland and countries outside the EU have no shipping method. If your address is not in a country below, checkout does not offer these methods.

Free shipping

Free Standard shipping applies only to the Netherlands and Belgium. The method “DHL Free shipping” is 0 EUR when the cart reaches at least 300 EUR including VAT. Below that, the Standard rate applies. Express is not included. This is not a free-shipping rule for any other country.

Germany: there is no free shipping from 300 EUR. Once the cart is at least 300 EUR, Standard is not offered. Only Express remains.

In the Netherlands and Belgium there is also “DHL EXPRESS GRATIS”. That method is only available with a coupon that unlocks it. It is not public free Express.

For PRX T33 and PRX-T Lady, Standard and free shipping do not apply. Only Express remains. Other PRX creams are not covered by this rule.

DHL Standard

Shipping is not included in the product price. It is shown separately during checkout.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Portugal and Luxembourg the guide is about 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For the other EU countries, use the experience ranges on each country block. None of these figures is a guarantee.

Orders placed on a business day by 16:00 (Europe/Berlin), and in stock, are usually processed the same business day. Later orders and weekend orders (Friday after 16:00 through Sunday) are processed the next business day. The processing day is not the delivery day.

France zone: mainland France with postcodes 01000–95999 only. Overseas territories and postcodes outside that range are not in the zone.

DHL Express

DHL Express is available for every delivery country the shop can select. The cost is on the country block and at checkout. It is not included in the product price.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Portugal and Luxembourg the guide is about 1–2 business days. For countries farther away, use the experience ranges on each block. Saturday delivery with DHL Express is not offered. No guarantee.

Orders placed by 18:00 (Europe/Berlin) on a business day are usually shipped the same day if the goods are in stock. Later orders and weekend orders (Friday after 18:00 through Sunday) go out the next business day.

For a very tight request, for example arrival before 12:00, write to info@hyaluronidase.shop before you order. A surcharge may apply. We tell you that before we accept it. We cannot guarantee delivery at a fixed time.

On-demand options

With DHL Express, these options may be available depending on the country and the shipment, where DHL offers them:

• Collection at a DHL ServicePoint — you pick the parcel up yourself.
• Choose a delivery date.
• Signature release — delivery without a signature if you are out.
• Delivery to a neighbour, reception or a safe place — with your release to DHL.
• Delivery to another address, for example work or family.
• Hold if you are away — up to 30 calendar days, where DHL offers it.

Where we ship from

Where a dispatch or return point is named: Hans-Böckler-Straße 34, 30853 Langenhagen, Germany. That is the warehouse and shipping point, not the registered office in Hengelo. No separate island surcharge is set up.
