Apply morning and evening and as needed. When using WiQo Smoothing Fluid, leave an interval of at least 30 minutes.

We ship with DHL to the 27 EU countries. We do not ship outside the EU. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

In-stock orders are usually processed quickly on weekdays: Standard orders placed by 16:00 (Europe/Berlin) are typically handled the same business day; Express orders by 18:00. Delivery then takes about 1–7 business days depending on country and method (carrier guidelines, not a guarantee).

Returns

You may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused; sealed goods for hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal is removed after delivery.

After your withdrawal notice we provide a return label. Return shipping is at your expense and is deducted from the refund. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Warnings & safety

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if intolerance occurs. The instructions on the specific packaging take precedence.

PRX Post-Dry for normal and combination skin – it is designed for lighter care needs.

Is Post-Dry for dry skin shipped by Express only, like PRX-T33?

No. Only PRX-T33 and PRX-T Lady are shipped chilled by DHL Express, Monday to Thursday. You can order this cream with DHL Standard as usual.

Where do you source Post-Dry for dry skin?

Directly through authorised WiQo distributors, so you receive the original product with its regular packaging.

Can I use a discount code for Post-Dry for dry skin?

Yes. Enter it in the cart and complete your order. Orders placed by 16:00 (Express by 18:00) leave our warehouse the same working day.

Can I return Post-Dry for dry skin?

Within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unused. Sealed hygiene items are excluded once the seal has been broken.
