In-stock orders are usually processed quickly on weekdays: Standard orders placed by 16:00 (Europe/Berlin) are typically handled the same business day; Express orders by 18:00. Delivery then takes about 1–7 business days depending on country and method (carrier guidelines, not a guarantee).

You may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused; sealed goods for hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal is removed after delivery.

After your withdrawal notice we provide a return label. Return shipping is at your expense and is deducted from the refund. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Cancellation policy

Acid-containing skincare: avoid the eyes and mucous membranes. Pause use if irritation occurs. Use suitable sun protection during the day; do not combine with other intensive peels without professional advice.
