Returns

You may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused; sealed goods for hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal is removed after delivery.

After your withdrawal notice we provide a return label. Return shipping is at your expense and is deducted from the refund. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Cancellation policy

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if intolerance occurs. The instructions on the specific packaging take precedence. Liquid face mask, not an injectable product.
