We ship to 27 EU countries. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there — international shipping is also available on request.

In-stock orders are usually processed quickly on weekdays: Standard orders placed by 16:00 (Europe/Berlin) are typically handled the same business day; Express orders by 18:00. Delivery then takes about 1–7 business days depending on country and method (carrier guidelines, not a guarantee).

Choose DHL Standard or DHL Express at checkout. Exact rates and transit times are shown for your address before you pay. Free Standard shipping from €300 (incl. VAT) applies in many selected EU countries — Express is not included. All shipments are trackable.

Returns

You may withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused; sealed goods for hygiene or health protection are excluded once the seal is removed after delivery.

After your withdrawal notice we provide a return label. Return shipping is at your expense and is deducted from the refund. Delivery costs are not refunded.
