Welcome to our website. These AGB & Conditions form the basis on which you may order and purchase Produkte from PART Aesthetics B.V. via hyaluronidase.shop. By using our website and purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these AGB & Conditions.

1. Produkte and offer

1.1 Alle items offered by PART Aesthetics B.V. are described as completely and accurately as possible in good faith. Images and descriptions are intended to give a realistic representation of the Produkte. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on PART Aesthetics B.V.

1.2 Alle items are offered while stocks last. If a product is temporarily or permanently unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible. PART Aesthetics B.V. is not liable for any damage arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of an item.

2. Formation of the contract

2.1 Alle offers by PART Aesthetics B.V. are non-binding. We expressly reserve the right to change prices or limit quantities.

2.2 By clicking the “Jetzt kaufen” button (or the corresponding order button at checkout), you submit a binding offer to purchase. Until then you may review and amend your order at any time.

After we receive your purchase offer, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. That message does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The purchase contract is concluded only when you receive a dispatch confirmation.

3. Lieferung terms and Versandkosten

3.1 If delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond the control of PART Aesthetics B.V., we reserve the right to cancel the order. No claim for damages arises in such cases. The customer will be informed immediately. The same applies in cases of force majeure or other unforeseeable events (e.g. water damage, fire, earthquakes, official orders) that substantially impede or prevent delivery.

Once delivery has been proven, we are not liable for theft or other loss of the parcel. There is no claim for damages. In such cases we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. This usually takes about two weeks; you will be informed of the outcome without delay.

You may choose between standard shipping and Expressversand. The rules below apply to these options.

Stated delivery times are guidelines of the carriers and are not a guarantee. If delivery is delayed for reasons for which PART Aesthetics B.V. is not responsible, there is no claim for damages. This applies to both standard and express delivery.

We pass your email address and phone number to the carrier so you can receive tracking and delivery updates.

3.2 DHL Standard shipping

We deliver to European Union countries that can be selected as a delivery country in the shop, and — where offered — internationally. Exact Versandkosten depend on the destination country and are shown separately at checkout; they are not included in the product price and are payable by the customer.

From an order value of €300 inkl. MwSt., standard shipping is free in many selected EU countries. This applies only to standard shipping, not express. Whether the free-shipping threshold applies to your country is shown at checkout.

Lieferung time is approximately 2–7 business days depending on country and carrier (indicative). Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Bestellungen placed by 16:00 (Europe/Berlin) are usually processed the same business day if Produkte are in stock. Bestellungen after 16:00 or at weekends (Friday after 16:00 through Sunday) are processed on the next business day.

In some countries alternative delivery options (e.g. pick-up points) may be available. Where offered, they are shown automatically at checkout.

3.3 DHL Express shipping

DHL Express is available for countries that can be selected as a delivery country in the shop. Versandkosten are shown separately at checkout and are payable by the customer (indicative rates by country, typically from about €19.90 inkl. MwSt.).

Lieferung time is approximately 1–2 Werktage (Monday–Friday, no Saturday delivery; indicative, not a guarantee). Bestellungen placed by 18:00 (Europe/Berlin) are usually dispatched the same business day if Produkte are in stock. Bestellungen after 18:00 or at weekends are processed on the next business day.

For particularly urgent deliveries (e.g. delivery before 12:00), please contact us in advance. An additional surcharge may apply and will be communicated before order acceptance. Timed delivery cannot be guaranteed.

International deliveries outside the EU are possible where offered in the shop or on request. Additional customs duties, import MwSt. or local charges may apply and are payable by the recipient unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Zahlung

4.1 Alle prices on hyaluronidase.shop include the applicable statutory MwSt. where MwSt. is shown. Preise are subject to change and errors excepted. The prices at the time of the order apply.

PART Aesthetics B.V. accepts only the payment methods offered at checkout and reserves the right to exclude payment methods without stating reasons. Possible methods include, among others, iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Bancontact — availability depends on the delivery country and checkout.

The purchase price is due immediately. Goods are shipped only after payment has been received or confirmed.

5. Warranty and complaints

5.1 Upon delivery you must check the goods without delay for completeness, visible defects and transport damage. Complaints must be reported as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days of receipt. Late notification forfeits the warranty claim for the defects mentioned, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights.

5.2 In the event of a defect we will first honour the warranty, at our discretion, by repair or replacement. If performance fails twice, the buyer may reduce the purchase price or rescind the contract. Transport costs arising from shipping the goods to a place other than the place of performance are borne by the buyer.

5.3 Returns require prior written approval from PART Aesthetics B.V. Goods must be in the undamaged original packaging.

5.4 Defective or damaged Produkte must be returned to us for inspection. Photographic documentation is helpful but does not replace returning the product. Refund or replacement takes place only after thorough inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the product concerned is not returned for inspection.

6. Liability

6.1 Although the content of this website has been compiled with the greatest care, PART Aesthetics B.V. excludes liability for inaccuracies, incompleteness and any consequences of acting on the information available on the website — to the extent permitted by law. Advice from our support team is a general guideline only and is not equivalent to a professional diagnosis. Use of our Produkte must always take place in consultation with a medical professional or your doctor.

7. Widerrufsrecht

7.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PART Aesthetics B.V.) of your decision by a clear statement sent by email to info@hyaluronidase.shop. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

7.2 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery;
• specially marked Produkte in the sale section with a short shelf life, insofar as they are expressly marked as excluded from the right of withdrawal.

A corresponding notice appears on the product page before the order is completed. No refund is given for the excluded goods mentioned.

7.3 Consequences of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned Produkte. Versandkosten are not refunded. After receiving your withdrawal notice we will review it and then provide a return label and further instructions. Return Versandkosten are borne by you and will — unless we state otherwise — be deducted from the refund amount. Returns must follow our instructions.

The refund will be made without delay and at the latest within 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods.

8. Applicable law

8.1 Alle disputes arising from offers by PART Aesthetics B.V., contracts or these AGB & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands — excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods where permitted. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

8.2 The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — the registered seat of PART Aesthetics B.V. PART Aesthetics B.V. may also bring proceedings before the court competent for the customer.
